(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.

4.2 We accept returns within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Item(s) must be returned in a saleable condition: unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-saleable. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. Your statutory rights are not affected.
